1.1 Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of our services, including certifications, online courses, and digital materials, we generally do not offer refunds once access to the course or digital product has been granted.

1.2 Live or Recorded Webinars and Events

No refunds will be provided for live or recorded webinars, events, or other one-time learning experiences once purchased.

1.3 Certification Programs

Enrollment in certification programs is non-refundable after the purchase is complete, except under exceptional circumstances (see Section 2).

1.4 Subscription Services

If you have subscribed to any recurring service, such as membership or access to resources, you may cancel the subscription at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for the unused portion of the subscription.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

2.1 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course or certification content, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of encountering the issue and provide relevant documentation.

2.2 Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please notify us immediately. Upon verification, we will process a refund for the duplicate charge.

2.3 Defective Digital Content

If there is an issue with the digital content provided (e.g., corrupt files or unviewable materials), and we are unable to rectify the problem within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a refund.

2.4 Inaccessibility of Services

In rare cases where our platform or services are completely unavailable for a prolonged period (e.g., more than 48 hours due to server issues or force majeure), you may be eligible for a partial refund or course extension. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

3.1 Change of Mind

Once a course or certification has been purchased, refunds are not provided for a change of mind.

3.2 Lack of Course Completion

Failure to complete the course, certification, or any other services within the specified timeframe does not qualify for a refund.

3.3 Failure to Pass Certification Exams

If you fail the certification exam or any assessments associated with our courses, no refunds will be issued.

3.4 Non-Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary equipment (e.g., computer, internet connection) to access our digital content. Refunds will not be provided for non-compatibility issues.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under eligible conditions, please contact us through the following channel:

We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Course Cancellation by ACBM

If ACBM cancels a course, certification, or event for any reason, we will offer a full refund to all enrolled participants. Alternatively, we may provide the option to transfer enrollment to a future course or event without additional charge.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for updates.
