Refund & Returns Policy
At American Compliance and Business Management Association (ACBM), all products and services offered through americancbm.org are digital, non-tangible, and delivered instantly upon successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital certifications, LMS-based courses, and instant access systems, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in extremely limited circumstances explicitly stated below.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all digital courses, certifications, examinations, assessments, learning materials, and membership plans purchased via Americancbm.org.
2. No-Refund Policy (Primary Rule)
Once a payment is successfully completed, LMS access is automatically created and granted. From that moment:
- The transaction is considered completed and fulfilled.
- The purchase becomes non-refundable.
- This applies regardless of course progress (including 0% progress).
- This applies whether the course was accessed or not.
- This applies even if the user chooses not to start or continue.
By completing payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to request a refund once access is granted.
3. Exception – Duplicate Payment Only
A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional case:
- Duplicate Payment: If the same user is charged twice for the same product due to a verified payment processing error.
In such cases, ACBM will refund only the duplicate amount after verification.
4. Technical Issues
If a user experiences technical access issues, ACBM will provide support and remediation, not a refund.
Our obligation is limited to restoring access, fixing technical errors, or providing alternative access methods where feasible. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations (Explicit)
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Non-usage or delayed usage
- 0% course progress
- Partial or full course completion
- Exam attempts or failure to pass
- Membership access already granted
- Violation of ACBM Terms & Conditions
- Disputes raised after LMS access creation
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute raised after LMS access has been granted will be treated as a breach of this policy and ACBM’s Terms & Conditions.
ACBM reserves the right to suspend access, revoke certifications, and submit transaction evidence (including LMS access logs) to payment processors and financial institutions.
7. Policy Updates
ACBM reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page and is effective immediately upon publication.
